During the visit, we discovered a water leakage issue that was affecting the apartment below. We promptly inspected the shower room and identified potential causes, leading us to take necessary measures to address the issue. Additionally, we decided to enhance the yard area to improve its functionality and make it easier to maintain cleanliness. Tenant comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Addressing the Water Leakage Issue
Upon inspection, we found that the water leakage was likely caused by crack lines within the tile joints in the shower room. Recognizing the importance of prompt action, we immediately initiated the necessary repairs to resolve the issue. Our team of skilled professionals carefully repaired and sealed the cracks, ensuring that the water leakage problem was effectively addressed. The new tiled surface will not only improve the visual aesthetics but also contribute to the cleanliness and usability of the yard.
