Enhancing Rental Properties: Addressing Water Leaks and Upgrading Yard Area (Sri Angkasa Apartment, Shah Alam)

In our commitment to providing comfortable and well-maintained rental properties, we recently visited an apartment that is currently rented to a labor supply service provider. During the visit, we discovered a water leakage issue that was affecting the apartment below. We promptly inspected the shower room and identified potential causes, leading us to take necessary measures to address the issue. Additionally, we decided to enhance the yard area to improve its functionality and make it easier to maintain cleanliness. Tenant comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Upon inspection, we found that the water leakage was likely caused by crack lines within the tile joints in the shower room. Recognizing the importance of prompt action, we immediately initiated the necessary repairs to resolve the issue. Our team of skilled professionals carefully repaired and sealed the cracks, ensuring that the water leakage problem was effectively addressed. We understand the inconvenience that such issues can cause, and we remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of property upkeep.

During our visit, we also noticed that the yard area was in a bare condition with a cement surface. To enhance the overall appeal and functionality of the space, we made the decision to tile up the yard. By investing in this upgrade, we aim to provide our tenants with a more attractive outdoor area that is both practical and easy to maintain. The new tiled surface will not only improve the visual aesthetics but also contribute to the cleanliness and usability of the yard. We believe that these enhancements will enhance the overall living experience for our valued tenants.

Kerja baik pulih table top dan dinding bilik mandi di Pangsapuri Sri Tanjung, USJ16

Unit Pangsapuri Sri Tanjung yang diuruskan oleh pihak kami telah mendapat penyewa baru dalam masa beberapa hari selepas penyewa dulu pindah keluar. Walaupun duit tempahan sudah diterima, tetapi pihak pengurusan tetap menjalankan kerja baik pulih yang telah dikenalpasti sebelum itu.

Pihak pengurusan mendapati keadaan table top dan dinding bilik air adalah tidak memuaskan (seperti gambar di bawah) dan memerlukan kerja baik pulih. Jubin tepi table top jatuh disebabkan kehilangan kelekatan adalah masalah yang biasa kepada mereka yang memasang dengan jubin 2kaki x 2kaki.




Kerja baik pulih ini nampak tidak susah sangat. Tetapi pihak kami membuat keputusan untuk menyupah tukang jubin pakar untuk menjalankan kerja baik pulih supaya rumah nampak lebih kemas dan tahan lasak.



Penyewa baru amat gembira dengan hasil kerja baik pulih ini dan pihak kami berdoa agar penyewa dan keluarganya dimurahkan kesihatan dan rezeki.

Valencia Apartment, Taman Sri Muda Section 25 Shah Alam, Ground Floor Unit Asset Enhancement Initiatives

The mentioned Valencia Apartment located in Taman Sri Muda Section 25 Shah Alam has been taken. The landlord had carried out Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) to ensure adequate comfort-ability to the tenants.

The SYABAS meter and its piping that fixed by SYABAS's contractor is not giving the right pressure and flow. It was changed to a PVC piping by a professional plumber.

Additional ceiling fan point and new fan  for 1 of the rooms, so that every room has a ceiling fan. Meantime, a ceiling fan that was very noisy is being replaced as well.





Wear and tear items like drainage piping from basin and switches were replaced for safety and total functionality.

The renovation and repair works were carried out by panel contractors by the landlord to ensure satisfactory of the tenant.
